Refund Policy

All activities and event programs offered by Nguttitehen Lodge involve a great deal of planning and purchasing well in advance of the event.  These plans include, but are not limited to, staff, food, program materials, patches, awards, and rental and/or purchase of equipment.  When an individual or group makes a reservation for a program opportunity, these items are included in the ordering and staffing of the event.

Programs or facility reservations canceled by the Lodge will be refunded in full without penalty or need for application.  Postponed operations due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances will be refunded in full should the participant be unable to attend the make-up date.  National events are excluded from the policy.  All other refunds will be granted based on the following policy:

Individuals or groups that cancel registration for a program 30 days prior to the date of the event, will receive a refund of fees paid, less a 15% administrative charge and any expenses already incurred for the participant or group.  No refunds will be given after the 30-day cancellation deadline except for extenuating circumstances.   Transferring fees from one person to another within the same unit for the same program is permissible.  The Lodge should be notified in writing of all transfers (nick.bradley@nguttitehen.org).
