Each year Nguttithen Lodge gifts the Lincoln Heritage Council $1000 to the endowment in honor of Arrowman who go above and beyond in service to our Order of the Arrow Lodge. There is a limited amount that is given out each year based on the amounts raised from our annual James E West Award OA Flap. These awards are decided upon in August and awarded at the Lodge Winter Banquet
