Our Lodge Bylaws are divided into two separate documents to allow flexibility in adapting the program to best suit you, the members. The first document is the actual Bylaws themselves. These are the rules that govern our operations and that we follow in delivering programs to you. They can only be changed through ratification by the voting membership of the lodge at a general business meeting after first being approved by the LEC. The next document, known as Appendix A, is the actual job descriptions of the officers, chapter chiefs, committee chairs, and all associated advisers. To allow us to change committees to better suit our program each year, Appendix A only requires a majority vote of the LEC to amend.
