Nguttitehen Lodge,
As we move through the May Ordeal season, we have almost completed a vital part of the year for the lodge. We have inducted a large number of new members, and I’m super excited to meet each and every one of you. This summer, we will be performing Callout ceremonies at summer camp, so if you’re at summer camp, come out and help with those.
We also have the National Order of the Arrow Conference coming up in July at CU Boulder, so watch out for more news about that! After that, we’ll launch straight into our fall Ordeal season, with an Ordeal at Camp Crooked Creek the weekend of August 23-25, and a split Ordeal at both Tunnel Mill Scout Reservation and Pfeffer Scout Reservation the weekend of September 20-22. Whether you want to complete your Brotherhood conversion or just come help out, sign up on the website today!
Lastly, I will unfortunately be stepping down as Lodge Chief due to my election to the role of Section E3 Secretary. This means that we will be electing a new Lodge Chief at the Lodge Executive Committee meeting at the next Ordeal, on May 19! Be sure to stick around after the conclusion of the Ordeal to watch that, and learn who your new Lodge Chief will be.
